If you are looking for a way of improving your health and wellbeing, then you have come to the right place. Having trained and studied various martial arts for over forty years, Douglas is able to pass on his knowledge and experience of Tai Chi.

Having first started to learn and practice Tai Chi in the early seventies under Rose Li a renowned teacher of Tai Chi, Ba Qua And Hsying I, Douglas went on to study Chen style Tai Chi under Grandmaster Liming Yue and later under Dr Xianglin Lee who Douglas still practices with
Classes are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. There is no special equipment required, just wear trainers and comfortable clothing. No previous experience is required.
